Why we started CasperCare
We built CasperCare because our families needed it first.
After Tim’s mother had a major brain bleed, he became one of her voices and learned how to navigate hospitals, insurance, and care. Renee researched care for her mother from another state and learned how difficult it can be to understand the real cost, compare levels of care, and know whether you are seeing every option. CasperCare is the clear, patient guide we wish our families had.

How soon will someone reach out?
We personally follow up on the inquiries families send us. If you're facing a hospital discharge or another urgent situation, note that in the form so we can prioritize it.
Do I have to take your recommendations?
Not at all. You can tour anywhere, take our shortlist and go your own way, or just use our cost tools and guides. There's no contract and no pressure at any point.
