Our transparency promise

How CasperCare is paid

Your family never pays CasperCare. A community or home care agency pays us a referral fee only when a family we help chooses it and moves in. Paying that fee can never buy a better recommendation from us: the size of any fee never changes what we recommend, and we'll tell you when the honest answer is home care, or waiting. We show you the licensed communities we can verify near you, and we clearly label any that have a paid partnership with us.

Families never pay us

Our guidance, the time we spend with you, and the shortlist we build are all free to you. There is no bill, no membership, and no catch.

Participating providers pay a referral fee

When a family we've helped chooses to move into a community that has a referral agreement with CasperCare, that provider pays a one-time referral fee based on the first month's rent and care charges. It's charged once, only on an actual move-in, and never to you. Providers see the exact rate in writing before they sign, and there are no retainers, per-lead charges, or listing fees of any kind.

Fee size never affects our advice

How we're paid never shapes what we recommend. Referral fees can vary from one community to another, but the size of a fee is never a factor when we point you toward a fit. Ever.

We show you every licensed option

Our directory includes the state-licensed communities we can verify in your area, and if a community ever has a referral agreement with us we label it clearly, so you always see the full picture.

You're always in control

You can tour anywhere, take our shortlist and go your own way, or simply use our cost tools and guides. There's no contract and no obligation at any step.
