How CasperCare is paid
Your family never pays CasperCare. When a family we help chooses one of our partner communities or a home care agency, that provider pays us a referral fee. Partners can't buy better advice. Our advisors are rewarded for finding the right fit and for how happy your family is afterward, never for steering you anywhere, and the size of a fee never shapes what we recommend. We also show you every licensed community near you, including the ones that don't pay us, so you always see the full picture.
Families never pay us
Our guidance, the advisor's time, tours we schedule, and the shortlist we build are all free to you. There is no bill, no membership, and no catch.
Participating providers pay a referral fee
When a family we've helped chooses to move into one of our partner communities, that provider pays CasperCare a one-time referral fee based on the first month's rent and care charges. It's charged once, only on an actual move-in, and never to you. Providers see the exact rate in writing before they sign, and there are no retainers, per-lead charges, or listing fees of any kind.
Fee size never affects our advice
Our advisors are paid for finding the right fit and for family satisfaction, not commissions that reward steering you one way or another. When we recommend communities, the size of any referral fee is not a factor. Ever.
We show you every licensed option
Our directory includes every state-licensed community we can verify in your area, not just the ones that pay us. Partners are clearly labeled so you always know the difference and can see the full picture.
You're always in control
You can tour anywhere, take our shortlist and go your own way, or simply use our cost tools and guides. There's no contract and no obligation at any step.
