We are a senior care referral and advisory service. We help families understand their options, we maintain a directory of licensed senior living communities, and we introduce families to communities that may fit their needs. Our advisors provide guidance based on what you tell us and on their knowledge of the local market.

We are not a healthcare provider, a medical practice, a law firm, or a financial advisor. Nothing on this site or said by an advisor is medical, legal, or financial advice. We do not diagnose conditions, recommend treatment, determine a level of care in a clinical sense, or advise on Medicaid eligibility, asset planning, insurance, or taxes. For those questions, please consult a qualified professional. We are glad to tell you what kind of professional to look for.

You will never be billed by CasperCare. There is no fee, no membership, and no obligation. Senior living providers pay us a referral fee only when a family we introduced moves into their community. The size of that fee never affects what we recommend, and our directory includes licensed communities that pay us nothing. The full explanation is on how we’re paid.

Any shortlist, recommendation, or introduction we provide is information to help you decide. The choice of a community, a caregiver, or any course of action is yours. We encourage you to tour in person, ask questions, and independently verify anything that matters to you, including a community’s current license status and inspection history with the Minnesota Department of Health.

Our directory is compiled from public sources, including state licensing information and provider websites. We work to keep it accurate, but details change: availability, pricing, ownership, care types, and license status can all change without notice. We do not guarantee that any listing is complete or current, and a listing is not an endorsement. Communities we have a paid agreement with are labeled as partners; the rest are shown from public information and are not paid placements.

Senior living communities and care agencies are independent businesses. We do not own, operate, staff, or supervise them, and we are not responsible for the care they provide, their contracts with you, their pricing, or their conduct. If something goes wrong with a community we introduced you to, please tell us. We take that seriously, and it affects whether we keep referring families there. But your agreement for care is with them, not with us.

Please give us accurate information. We can only help as well as the information allows, and a wrong budget or care need leads to a wrong recommendation. Do not submit someone else’s personal information unless you are authorized to act for them. Do not misuse the site: no scraping, no attempts to breach security, no using our directory to build a competing product, and no automated submissions.

If you ask us to contact you, we will, using the channels you consented to. You can opt out at any time as described in our Privacy Policy.

The site’s content, design, and compiled directory belong to CasperCare. You may use them for your own personal, non-commercial purpose of finding care. Please don’t republish or resell them.

The site and service are provided “as is.” We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that any particular outcome will result from using it. To the fullest extent permitted by law, CasperCare is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or from your relationship with any community.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Minnesota, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Disputes will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Minnesota.

We may update these terms. When we do, we will change the date at the top of this page. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
